How to Set up your EVA System User Account
Note: This article applies to EVA Pro and EVA SafeView using the current EVA App.
If you are using EVA Plus, refer to: EVA App (Plus) - Setting Up a New User
If you are new to the EVA System and have not set a password on an EVA device or the EVA Portal, you will need to complete the Set up process first.
If you do not have a user for the EVA System, please contact your User Manager or email support@mobileodt.com
Setting Up a New User

Turn on the EVA Device.

Enter the EVA App by tapping "Get Started".

- Tap "Add user".

- A pop-up message appears. Tap "Activate user".

- Enter the email associated with your EVA User account and tap "Next".

Your EVA System user email can be found in the "Getting Started with the EVA System" email in your inbox.

A verification code has been sent to your email. Check your inbox for an email titled “Activate your new EVA System account” containing your verification code.
- Enter the verification code and tap "Next".
- The "Create a Password" screen appears.
Password must have at least: 8 characters, 1 letter, 1 capital letter, 1 number, 1 special character.
- Enter a password and confirm it, then tap "Next".

- Create 6 digit secure PIN. The PIN will give you secure access to this particular EVA device. tap on ‘Save PIN’.

Your EVA System user account has been successfully activated.

- Read and accept the "Terms of Use" before using the App. Scroll to the bottom of the Terms of Use page and tap “I accept”.

- You are ready to start an exam!
