## What is my Liger Medical Portal version? How to refresh Liger Medical Portal page?

- In your browser open the Liger Medical Portal: [https://portal.ligermedical.com/](https://portal.ligermedical.com/)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Liger Medical Portal version, could be found in the middle left - ©2026 Liger Medical X.XX.X.XXX

### How to update my Liger Medical Portal page:

**The Liger Medical Portal updates automatically.** If the Portal has not been updated to the latest version, close your browser and all open tabs, then reopen the Portal. If the issue persists, clear the browsing data for the Liger Medical Portal page, as described below.

Clearing the Portal's browsing data only removes website data, such as cookies. It does not affect any exam data.

To update the Liger Medical Portal page, clear the browsing data for the Liger Medical Portal website (**portal.ligermedical.com**), including cookies, as described below.

**How to clear cache in Microsoft Edge:**

1. In Edge, select Settings
2. Click on Cookies and site permissions.
3. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data
4. Select - See all cookies and site data
5. Search for - ligermedical.com
6. Right to the URL click on Delete.

**How to clear cache in Chrome:**

1. Open your Chrome browser
2. At the top right, click on the 3 dots to open the chrome menu.
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Privacy and security
5. Click on 'Site settings'
6. Click on 'View permissions and data stored across sites'
7. On the list find the EVA Portal website - portal.ligermedical.com. Right to the URL click on Delete. confirm the pop up message.
