# EVA SafeView - Pairing Remote Button

## How to Pair the Bluetooth remote button with the EVA SafeView Device

EVA SafeView users can use a remote button for image capture. Follow the steps below to prepare and connect the remote button to the EVA SafeView device.

### Remote Button pairing

- **Turn on the remote button**: Slide the switch to **ON.** The blue indicator light flashes.

- **Turn on** the EVA SafeView device.
- Tap **Settings.**

- Tap **Connections.**

- Make sure the **Bluetooth** **toggle** is turned on, then tap **Bluetooth**.

- Tap **AB Shutter 6**.

- Tap **Pair.**

- Under Paired devices, confirm that **AB Shutter 6**appears as **Connected**.

- Tap the **Home button** to return to the EVA App home page.
