[Getting started](https://kb.ligermedical.com/getting-started?hsLang=en) # How to Open Liger Exams Export files ## How to open Liger Exams Zip files This guide explains how to extract and access examination files from a ZIP file exported from a Liger device, sent by email, or downloaded from the [Liger Medical Portal](https://ligermedical.com/). The ZIP file is password-protected and requires the 6-digit password set during the export process to access its contents. If extraction fails, Liger Medical recommends using 7‑Zip ([https://7-zip.org)](https://7-zip.org).  #### Locate the Export File - Locate the exported ZIP file on your computer.
